What began as a family business has grown steadily over the decades, and in 1998, with Matt Warner becoming CEO, the company reached its third generation of family ownership. Warner, Inc. has evolved into a family of four commercial construction companies: Warner Construction, Warner Mechanical, Kaempf & Harris Sheet Metal, and Williams Electric, each providing specialized expertise within the commercial construction industry.
Together, these divisions deliver construction, mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal fabrication services for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
