Corporate Leadership
Matt began his career in the family business while still in college. After earning a Business and Finance degree from Mount St. Mary’s University in 1988, he joined the company full-time and progressed through roles including Foreman, Project Manager, Division Manager, and COO, before becoming President in 1998. Under his leadership, the company has enhanced service quality through technology, corporate restructuring, and strategic division focus. Matt also serves on the boards of Blue Ridge Bank, the State of Maryland HVACR, and the Trinity School.
Fred joined R.W. Warner in 1988 after a decade in public and corporate accounting, including a role in Marriott’s Corporate Finance Department managing fixed asset accounting for the Courtyard and Howard Johnson brands. As CFO, he oversees finance and administration across all operating entities. He played a key role in expanding the company’s bonding capacity through advanced job accounting methods. Fred is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of The American University.
Joe joined R.W. Warner in 1989 and brings over two decades of construction accounting experience. He helped establish the company’s accounting and information systems to support multi-division growth and still oversees daily operations, system integration, and reporting. Joe is a CPA and a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College and the University of Maryland.
