National Cancer Institute at Riverside Research Park
Working as a subcontractor for John C. Grimberg Company, this project consisted of the fabrication and installation of all duct work for the approximately 153,000 square feet of office space for the project. Unique aspects of the project included high pressure spiral duct and custom designed floor ventilation ducts. The Kaempf & Harris project management team worked seamlessly with its mechanical and controls partners to complete the project as scheduled.
Mercersburg Academy Student Union
Project was a multiphase renovation of 46,400 sf. Services included fabrication and installation of all duct and ventilation systems for the newly renovated space. The first phase included work to the main lobby, kitchen and dining hall and also featured a new heating and ventilation system installed in the attic space. The second phase consisted of a new student lounge with a game room, theater, grille, mail room, administrative offices, bathrooms, laundry, conference meeting room, school store, reception area and two private dining additions.
